Please let us know if you are interested to rent for a short time our furnish apartement, on this very conveniente and nice area of LA.
With a fantastic neighborhood, Brentwood (S. Barrington and Goshen Ave) is close to UCLA, Santa Monica, Westwood, Beverly Hills, beaches and the I 405.
San Vicente Blvd is right there and the city buses too.
The unit is at a walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and stores.
This is the 3rd time we rent it and everything was wonderful.
So we will be happy to continue on this way.

If it's available,
we will need a photo ID (by email), and 3 checks
- The Payment: $2300
- The Deposit: $2000
- The cleaning fees: $100
Between the time we made the agreement and the reception of your checks, we put on hold.
Without any checks received the rent is still available, so if you're interested you have to be quick ;)
